Title: My Vacation Rental Is Boarded Up-Flo Is On The Go!

Goodmorrow I Am FALLSVIEW



Well, its that time of year again, Hurricane Season. While I'm hundreds of miles away my house in Rodanthe is being boarded up by Midgett Reality Property Mgt. Team.  It's suppose to be a really bad one. One way we know is they WON'T SEND WEATHER CHANNELS JIM CANTORE here if it is.

Anyways, Not looking forward of taking a sabbatical in a week to go down and survey the damage. Mandatory evacuations have taken place for even residents yesterday and today all the way up to Corolla.

What's even worse is the Hurricane will pull all the water out of the sound then as it goes past the opposite will happen flooding everything. Highway 12 is going to be a mess.

I may have to get Marty McChampion to come and do the drywall and paint.

ive got about 65 gallons of beige paint ill sell u at 30 bucks for a 5gallon bucket we can repaint vincers crib too

Hope you got insurance. Looting happens in hurricanes too.
My parent’s beach home got outside looted last year.

I would hesitate to buy a property on Rodanthe.

Looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

Can you get insurance to cover hurricane/flooding there?

Must be expensive as heck.
