This woman has the emotional maturity of a 15 year old so maybe that's why she thought her actions were okay.

The good news is she was only a paraprofessional so it's not like she threw away her financially rewarding career.

What is inconsistent in many of these stories is that in several states in the USA you can still get married at age 15 or even less (Alaska, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, etc). So that means a 15 year old could legally have sex with a 24 year old if they were married. BTW, in Texas, a 14 year old can have sex with a person up to 3 years older if it is by consent.
