I have no clue what I am looking at, nor do I know why it would be $500.  I would say no.

It's a bar where you attach resistant bands and you can use the bar as a barbell, so to speak.

I was going to purchase it, but not sure if I should.

No thanks.

When it comes to elasticated resistance fitness systems I'll stick to this tried and trusted method - recommended for busy executives like myself by none other than Bob 'Hirsute' Breton (aka Mr Medallion 1978)

With each exercise taking only 7 seconds, I'm done in 5 minutes and off down the pub for a post-workout pint of real ale and pipe of shag tobacco in my Jensen Interceptor...  8)

$500?  Not unless that bar is hollow and has BB'ing drugs, and a needle, stored inside for our doper friends. Maybe $29.95, as a "Seen On TV" special offer.  Reduced to $19.95 if that doesn't sell.

There are hand held springs (still used in Europe) and rubber stretch bands also that are effective. Both are adjustable in resistance.

Three times the muscle growth over weights, from their research.   All a  total scam...of course.

Hold on a moment!

Having reviewed the solid scientific evidence (available on their website) I may have to reconsider - check out the astonishing results of the guy who is hawking the thing this random subject  :o

All this progress in only a year - gosh - it's making me re-evaluate my approach... (I need to find somewhere with better lighting for my progress shots, for a start  :P)

Now where did I put them duck eggs...?

But he'd suffer withdrawals without being around the club's concierges,  SchMoe, Harry and Burly - The 3Spooges.  I think SF1900 is long gone and his account is being used by several mongoloidian midgets (i.e., short Democraps).  Or worse, the tag-team of Nancy Pelosi and Dianne Feinstein.

If the pictures are any indication you should be even more yoked than usual. The gentlemen in the advertisement is the definition of size with conditioning.

If he got that build using this product imagine what will happen with the base you've built. Itll be like using steroids.

Isometrics can be done with just about anything.

A set of bands can do the other stuff.

You could literally build something akin to this and almost certainly better for almost no money. That rod/strands is like the home gym equivalent of O'Hearn's ground up duck fetuses for $600... Wait... Why isn't Mike O'Hearn selling this?

Always have to find the perfect lighting and angle.
