Anything is possible. Some folks visibly age faster than others.

It's been my observation that steroids age you. Look at the faces of guys in their 20's juicing. Many look like they are closing in on 40 years. Sean Penn looks like hell for his age. Just about 5 - 10 years ago he was buff. In hist 20's he looked like crap but now in his later years he turns into a buff athlete. It reeks of how he got there.
