Title: Grass fed whey contradiction

I see all these companies coming out with grass fed whey are charging a premium price for it, what I don't understand is the whole point of eating something grass fed is for the healthy omega fats, but when these companies process the whey they are filtering out the fat. So what is the point of using this and on top of it charging s premium price because its "better" than regular whey.

There is no purpose.  Especially in whey.  It is 100% marketing to the organic/non GMO types.
