Imagine all the money these companies will save hiring wemyn and only paying them 70 cents on the dollar!

Edit: Better yet, they should be forced to hire latina and black women, because you can pay them 60 and 50 cents on the dollar, respectively.

These company CEOs are idiots. They could be pocketing so much more money by hiring the underprivileged and illegally paying them much less than they would a white man.

There are maybe 5 qualified women in business today capable of sitting on a board of directors. Companies will just give a seat to those 5 women.

Companies should not hire women. Zero issues with harrassement in the job. Zero absences to take care of sick children. Gender segregation should be promoted; only women and only men companies. Woman are too much of a liability today.

This is actually one of the side effects all of the sexual harassment and discrimination bullshit Companies subtly avoid hiring women and minorities because they don’t want the problems that result when they might have to fire them.

That's great. Let's start with the construction and sanitation workers. The percentage of men in those fields is >90%. Damn inequality.

Unless it’s something like, say, a daycare, or a sandwich-making place, broads should stay home.

I believe the people on the board of directors are either appointed or elected. This is somewhat different than being hired. Inside directors are also employed by the corporation.
