Deca, Anadrol and 2 grams of different Test esters. Not sure about Growth but probably trying all sorts of peptides and also Slin!

Dude looks nothing like Yates.
He has some nice Fux-esque super-solidity(esp. arms/delts) but does not look good overall.

8am. Train

1pm. Tuna Steak with kale. Corn bread and Protein Shake.

3pm. Train.

5pm. Halibut Steak with light butter sauce. Protein Shake/Waxy Maze

7pm. 12oz Delmonico Steak with baked Potato. Vegetable medley.

9pm. Waxy Maze. $5 Dollar Footlong

10pm. Tuna fish sandwich with pickles.

11:30. Protein shake, supplements.

12am. Bed.
