Title: Different training still drains energy the same way

Supersets, drop sets, heavy sets , ect

Doesnt matter your style, you are going to get tired more or less the same with one style vs another.

You either wanna get tired in the shoertest amount of time or u dont

This debate needs to be put to rest, I GUESS EATING MEAT MAKES u retarted and cant decide about the best training

pick weights up put them down ;D its not rocket science there are so manys to train just switch it up every 2 months

Switching methods is the way to go if you wanna stay motivated and if you wanna hold on to da gainzzz
