Perfect protein snack , i hate takein a bowl of cooked beans with me to work fuck that.. Id rather eat them like popped corn

Remove the sauce from the beans.
Please beans on a cookie sheet in a preheated oven at 400 degrees.
Bake them for 15 minutes.
Allow beans to cool for 1 hour.
Place them back into the 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove beans and allow to cool in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Bake beans one final time for 37 minutes at 365 degrees.
You'll have a solid protein snack.
