Sorry if this a retread, I'm relatively new here. I just picked up "Papaya Enzyme Plus" (the plus appears to be Bromelain from pineapple) and acidophilus/bifidus. My question is how commonplace are these among bodybuilders in order to maximize protein absorption? (which I note is a hotly debated topic in itself). My supplement budget is already pretty expensive and I'm trying to evaluate whether I should make this a regular addition to my supplement regimen.

If you have no digestive problems then taking these is pretty worthless in my opinion......
Just more money wasted.
