When my tendinitis acts up, I use hooks so I don’t even have to grip the bar.

The cure for tendonitis is "stop doing what you are doing". Mother Nature is pretty direct in telling you that, haha.

I never understood the old saying, " Dont judge a bodybuilder until you've broken the same surgically installed screws (s)he has."
It is finally sinking in

I get tendinitis with straight bars...When I use cambered, no tendinitis.

Stop doing what you are doing and use stupid light light weights, eccentric movement only. I had biceps tendinitis for over a year, and part of PT involved 2.5lb eccentric curls.

Exactly. I have never worked out. Never lifted. Never exercised. Never trained. But I HAVE gone to war, several times.

When the blood reveals that your kidneys and liver are weak then you realize that is in your brain! so you keep going.
Iron addiction is a serious obsession.

Something "popped" in my left elbow (feels like an attachment/tendon) back in July 4th while moving my gym to the other garage stall. (Carrying the 200 lb. thick bar/block thing I have).
I used 2 hands, but it was when I was lowering using the left hand on the bar. Anyways, wondering why it hasnt healed, wife said "duh, you keep training that's why". (Good point).
Starting Wendler's 5/3/1 over again now, lets you start at light percentages, and slowly work back up. Hoping it heals a bit.
Now it matches my torn right shoulder, my degenerative disc's, so some balance now to my physique. ::)
Finally going for more help/opinions on the disc problem, only took me another 20 years. Did you know you can get a medical "card" for constant back-pain now??
Good ole' edibles...

I don’t care if I die. As long as they bury me in a big fucking box!

I was just woken up by ankle pain. I'm pushing 40 and a lot of my joints are cranky. Wondering when one of them will just give out altogether.
