Serious question that deserves serious answers. I just clicked on the Steroid board here and elsewhere in the past and WOW just the douchiest of members on it. I don't want to use the term "men" or "guys" because they just aren't cutting it.
Are they teens that are desperately trying to prove something to someone else by using steroids?
Why the terminology- "Bridging" , "Cruising" ? It sounds something that gay people do in dirty movie theaters, IDK.
Its not rocket science kids, If you want big arms do some curls, close grips, preachers, pushdowns and eat clean while taking a moderate to semi-high dose.
These mooncalf's and their "macro's"....Good Grief.
If they would spend as much time as they do trying to find "legit sources", babbling on a message board and kissing mod's asses trying to find a hook up they'd be in good shape.
And of course they're esters and "timing" of dosages...Holy Crap...seriously?

As a global moderator, I've never even bothered with that board.
I once had to ban a moderator from the steroid board, because he was taking part in some questionable activity, but past that one instance, never cared to read anything from there.

1, why not banning (in Gossips) those without medical qualifications who tell others what to take & how much ...............just too many fake chemist/experts around .......... ???

Yes, knowing what the normal range for testosterone comes in handy when monitoring whether to increase/decrease testosterone doses, the addition of other things like GH, insulin and diurectics isn't a perfect, nor exact science by any means.
But let me know in private message who is suggesting doses, as that can be dangerous/deadly when playing with things like diuretics or insulin.

Actually now a days the Urologist is the one in America that precribes the most TRT.
Test fluctuates greatly.
I've taken 3000mg a week down and I was never low...took bloodwork everyday before 8am.
I've taken 1000mg a week and guess what....there were times I was low.
Unless you're shooting everyday which is a very big pain in the ass...it really doesn't matter...people read too much into this stuff.

What is the normal range for testosterone? Is it the number determined by studies financed by the testosterone manufacturers? My doctor explained it this way. If you have a good sex libido and have enough test to be muscular you have enough test even if the number is low. He said you have soft guys with no sex drive who test in the normal range. If you are old enough you can see how high cholesterol number keeps changing. The number kept going lower to the point where close to half of the adult male population should now be on statins. Who finances the studies? The statin manufacturers. Meanwhile there is no definitive study that proves statin lowers the rate of heart attacks.

If you only had to ban one mod from there, you haven't been paying attention. I can name 4 off the top of my head that should have been curb kicked long before the axe fell.
As a general run, you can't expect members of a steroid board to be ok when the mods themselves are douches.

The fact that Navy Mike, bigmc, Skorp1o and those other ones you're probably thinking about haven't been de-modded yet is why this site is a fucking joke. I like Ron as a person, and I've said so from day 1 despite what he did to me recently. But he really fucking sucks as an admin. He should hang his cape and stick to photos and give one of the better mods here his buttons, pulleys, levers, controls, switches, magic keyboard, etc.

Excellent post, and yes, he's spread basile's info all over the site via PM to get people to harass him in real life. I get it, some of Vince's posts have been stupid or just plain obnoxious, but there's no excuse to stalk or fuck with his real life, let alone at the age of 78. He barely even posts anymore.

My cholesterol is 220 and there is no way I would ever go on statins. Huge scam to get all adults over 35 on pharmaceuticals. Just take plant sterols to lower bad cholesterol, fish oil to raise good cholesterol, COq10 for heart and you are good to go with no negative side effects.

I've seen guys do 30iu's of Protropin for a week. I've also had a Pro in my Kitchen use 3 bottles of Steris Suspension the morning of the show....BUT if we're getting on our high horse and doing what every steroid user does that is on social media and being interviewed..here goes:
"I've found I grew more using 200mg of Test Cyp a week but had to drop down to 100mg due to the excessive side effects. It wasn't until I added fish oil and an extra 50 grams of protein a day to my diet that I started to reap the benefits of the 100mg of test. I only used 100mg of test for the last 4 weeks of contest prep because I had already put the work in and had a solid foundation. The 100mg was just the icing on top of a fully stacked cake...or just the coat of wax on the Lambo."
