With everything out there that has come and gone, what supplement has stood the test of time? Or what supplement came onto the market and actually did what it was suppose to? Which was a complete scam...hyped to the max with good marketing, promotions?

We all remember a few....big name companies....Did they offer anything that showed noticable results?

All the designer steroids were incredibly potent I don't remeber the names of a lot of them superdrol is a good example. Too harsh for most people. I tried a few of them could only tolerate them a few days.

Not counting the Superdrols and Tren Xtreme  type stuff, since they were basically legal steroids. I'd say

Best:Ultimate Orange, Dan Duchaines original
Worst:Cybergenics, interesting workout program, useless pills IMO

The original Ultimate Orange was awesome!

Cybergenics supplements were crap but the high volume workout was a good jolt to the system.

Hot Stuff tasted really good but I doubt it did anything.

Animal Pack from Universal was the best multi vitamin-supplement but they were like horse pills.

HOT STUFF....Had that unique banana flavor...Bull Nuts...crap supplement.

Cybergenics….the special B12 Eye Dropper in the evening. Piss was always BRIGHT BRIGHT  YELLOW. I remember having a few Pro IFBB bodybuilders over before the contest laughing about Franco Santtoria...they used to bust his balls backstage.

EAS...HBM another crap big waste of money.

MET RX...WOW...the promotion with Jeff Everson's before and after.  The Great Uncut used it...it must be good.

I took vanadyl sulphate and smilax.  Thought I would blow up like a pro but didn't make it so I must have gotten a bad batch.

Yup, the prohormones, including Gaspari's were either that (pro-hormones) or active steroids, no conversion needed.
My buddy ate Epidrol like M&M's, said "hey, its a legal prohormone, Im good". I said "yeah, its legal for now but its an active steroid, not a pro-hormone".
(And he always liked to talk anti-juice, talk sit about juicers, etc).

Then his wife signed up for new life insurance, they came to the house to take the blood. He failed miserably. Liver enzymes were quadrupled, lipids were off the charts bad, etc.
They got denied until he got off and retested in 6 months... Funny when ignoramuses dont even know what they are taking. Then complain about Gov't needing to babysit everyone.
Well, dummies like him are the reason, thats why...
