Who stole his triceps.

They were found discarded in a dumpster outside an abortion clinic.

He doesn't have good genetics for bodybuilding, but he still can get his "PRO" card

Obviously he wants to be a pro bodybuilder because of the very high incomes pro bodybuilders make.

If I was a betting man I'd say he has Acute Duchenne muscular dystrophy of both arms.

Not everything is done for money.

For Larry it may be about the prestige that comes from winning a pro card.

I thought you like a “Mensa” member? Think genetics. I do a combined 32-34 sets for both bicep and tricep, they’re still my weak point

Jesus Christ,

I'm talking "working sets".

Your arms should not be your weakest body part, if they are you're doing something wrong.

Seems like you're over working the muscle and not giving it a chance to grow.

You are relatively short in stature to a regular male so your muscle bellies should not be long and flat.

Example: Lee Priest, Hornswoggle, Vince Brasco.

All three of those guys have shorter muscle bellies because of their size

Here's a program I would put you on:

2 working sets of preacher curls.

2 working sets of drag curls

3 working sets of close grip benches

3 working sets of pushdowns.

2 working sets of Kneeling kettleball curls

2 weighted dips sets.

Absolutley NO STRETCHING OF THE BICEPS....VERY IMPORTANT.

Good Luck.

48 Carrots.  Way better.

And it's encrusted with rare earth minerals like Corian, which is the same stuff they make kitchen countertops out of.

If you don't want people to help you coach don't be a fool.

If Vince Brasco can do it...YOU CAN TOO.

The only genetics in bodybuilding is RECEPTOR RESPONSE TO DRUGS. END OF DISCUSSION.

With all of that Anadrol, plus his admitted history of hard drugs?

Yeah.  The kid is stupid strong, but I reckon if he doesn't have the bodybuilding goods yet (triceps, calves), he will forever remain a torso-dominant bodybuilder.

Maybe his alleged time in Kuwait will help fix that, but apart of a shitload of site injections and Eiscelene, Larry will never go pro.

You never used steroids right Coach....all GENETICS right? Just the GENETICS stopped at the height end of it.  Seriously, think about how ignorant you sound.

So...you never used steroids...or....they were just the finishing touch right? 600mg of Test, 200mg of Deca….isn't that the normal run of the mill standard answer from most IFBB Pro's next to..."I used no PED's its all genetics and diet".

Take for example Strydom who weighed about 160 off everything back in the late 80's. There was a photo of him in Musclemag with him flexing his arm...and it looked like it was 12inches. Check out Gary on....looks fantastic. Is that genetics or a great response to hormones?

You can find photos of these IFBB Pro's on here completely off. Do you honestly think they are not exercising? Sure they are...they just look like everyone else now.

Haha great response to drugs is genetics

The pros you see that are truly off everything like Kevin and Shawn, they do hardly train or eat like they do when they are loaded on gear

Look at Paul dillett, a perfect example

First off, about the name calling   "I can eat a can of Alphabet soup and shit out more intellegent stuff then what you are putting out".  Just what were you implying here? and here  "Seriously, think about how ignorant you sound".  But I digress and apologize for the name calling.

Alex, thats my point. I am referring to a competing bodybuilder on gear be it off-season or the day of a show. From almost every angle my arms are decent but in a front double biceps, they get lost. They're not nor will they ever be my best body part no matter what or how much I take unless I use some type of an SEO which would be COMPLETELY out of the question. You mentioned Strydom and we can even put Nasser (RIP) in this as well, no matter what they did for their backs, it always remained a weakness for the both of them.

My point is, drugs or not, genetics will always be the determining factor. If you watched the last Olympia, even though Rhoden looked great and deserved to win, his arms were his weak point, specifically his shape and lack of triceps in certain shots. On the extream of lack of arm development would be Milos, his biggest mistake was using an SEO for one show making them look worse. Dexter, calves.

Point is, you can bring a weak body part up but it will almost always be a weak body part. So what do you do? One way is to hide as best as you can during a posing routine and as a whole, just flat out come in shredded. Back in the 60's, 70's and even 80's before these new SEO's were around (with the exception of esiclene), if you had a weak body part, you knew how to hide it, Zane, even Arnold did this along with Tennerino (I use Arnold and Tennerino because of their wide hips) Zane's front double bicep was always at a angle because of his smaller arms, Dickerson has a horrible front double bicep but a ridiculous side tricep.

Bottom line, no matter what anyone takes, genetics will always be the determining factor

I've met and spoken with Larry a few times. His competitive powerlifting credentials are absolutely legit.

IMO, he has too many gurus telling him what to do.  He could be a legitimate powerlifting World Champion.  He will NEVER be a bodybuilding World Champion.

Decent athlete... WWE could be a possible career move.

You have no college education...or should I say degree correct? It shows. I never called YOU a name. Big difference on describing how you are acting.

Genetics when it comes to bodybuilding really doesn't pan out. BECAUSE OF THE ESCALATING DOSSAGES OF DRUGS. Look at the jump in body size of Dorian Yates back in 1993. Look at the jump in body size of Milos and Dearth back in 1994. Drug protocol and dosages were changing drastically.

Sure when it comes to being natural, genetics plays a part. But not with drugs. You can have the worse genetics BUT HAVE A GREAT RESPONSE TO HORMONES.

You still haven't addressed the before and after pictures of these IFBB Pro's completely off. They are skinny men that STILL EXERCISE!!!!! I know many people that exercise and NOT TAKE DRUGS THAT LOOK GREAT AND BETTER THAN PRO'S THAT ARE OFF DRUGS.

Just because a Pro Bodbuilder has big arms or calves doesn't mean they have good genetics...it means there receptors in those muscles responded better. Look at Tom Platz's legs. Do you really think Tom neglected his upper body? No! His legs responded better as Mattarazzo's calves, shoulders, Arnolds chest, bi's, etc. etc. If it were genetics those massive body parts would still be very large even off the drugs...WHICH THEY AREN'T.

Go argue politics and let the smart people talk about bodybuilding. Just because you take drugs and lift heavy objects doesn't make you smart about bodybuilding.

Dude, I've thought he had WWE written all over him for years.  Insane physique, and they could use his powerlifting records to market him (like they did Mark Henry).  Especially if he ever got the all time world record.  He appears to be pretty charismatic as well, and is obviously used to being in front of the camera.
It's either he chases the WWE or goes all out in Powerlifting, as bodybuilding is clearly not going to work out the same way Powerlifting would.

Alex, do you know what "Imply" means?

As far as college, who cares, I don't have a degree. In todays day and age I'd much rather see kids go to a trade school. A much better investment but thats for another thread. But for the record, it's spelled "Dosages" "Bodybuilder" "their" and "FALLSVIEW"

"Just because you take drugs and lift heavy objects doesn't make you smart about bodybuilding"

You're right, it doesn't. But being in and around the industry for the better part of 40 years as a competitor, prep coach, and judge in the 80's and now a judge again definitely helps. When was the last time you competed again? Don't throw stones unless you've been there.
