It's all about FEMUR LENGTH
These two girls are the same height but the gal on the right has much longer femurs (The thigh bone, connecting the knees to the hips).
consequently, she'll benefit from a wider stance squat, low bar with a more exaggerated back angle. She'll have much more trouble maintaining a high bar squat with a close stance and an upright spine.
The girl on the left is built for high bar squats with an upright spine.

i would thank my legit leg gains from super squats high rep program when i was younger
20 rep squat program is no joke - the single best training program out there. do that when you are young and watch your legs blow up out of control.
