First big event in Los Angeles that many of us will go to is the Los Angeles Fit Expo, held on January 26 and 27 in at the Los Angeles Convention Center (right next to to Staples Center where the Lakes, Kings, Clippers play). I have gone for the last 11 years, since the first one, and always meeting new people, vendors and just checking out the highlights. While there is not an IFBB Pro show associated with this event anymore (the Ironman at one time), they will still have a smaller NPC competition, and also powerlifting, jiu-jitsu and many other fitness events. Hope to see some of you there...

He’s 21 now (22 in May). Yes, I know his professor. After this tournament, he’ll be promoted. This will be his third tournament. Says he has a goal of competing in 8-10 tournaments this year.
