The being an alpha male is something a lot of guys are obsessed with these eyes. You might even find out you'r neither can alpha or a beta. The alpha and beta are two common measurements of investment risk. Alpha and beta are a part of modern portfolio theory much of which questioned by analysis including myself. That does not means you can't use the concept of alpha and beta to have a better understanding of investing.
