Title: How do i know wich phone numbers are scam numbers that cost me $$$

This fine assed hoe gave me her number on POF.com but im scared to call its a 484 area code seemingly legit but i am not up to par with phone scams if i call i dont want to be billed

Your main mistake was going on POF.  Go get yourself a hooker... she's definitely a sure thing, and probably nicer than the beasts you'll find on POF.
