anyone ever use one of these things seen in pic one. it looks somewhat impractical to me. what advantages does it have over a hex barbell pic 2 or H bar pic 3 ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

I own the York Tri Trap Bar (top pic)
I use it mostly for upright rows and hammer curls. And of course, overhead tricep extensions. I have done heavy parallel-grip bent rows with it.
