I’ve only ever met one person in real life that believes the earth is flat and by what I’m sure is just an astonishing coincidence he is also probably the biggest moron I have ever met and if his few employments were added together hasn’t probably hasn’t worked a full 2 years out of the 22 or so since he left school as well as been addicted to every drug that existed over the years. The fact that these idiots keep changing their theory of how the flat earth looks shows they are morons and are perpetuating that shit just for attention or really are as thick as a castle wall. Either way are morons who need to find some purpose to their existence

Both were daily pot smokers who spent a lot of time watching trash on youtube.

Some of them claim GPS is controlled by the goverment, and that the goverment fool the pilots into thinking they're circumnavigating the globe when in reality they're flying in circles.
Granted, there are a few issues with that "logic".

A friend of mine is a flat earther.
To be fair, I think he's an intelligent person (has a Masters in Enviromental Management), but has bipolar dissorder (at least that's what he told me). I know for a fact he must take medication for life.

Yes, like before planes and GPS. All the explorers who used ships and the world trade which took place with shipping, having to circumnavigate the world too.

I can understand people not believing we went to the moon. There are many anomalies with the photos and unexplained details of how the astronauts dealt with the varied temperatures and radiation.
However, the flat earth theorists are totally absurd.

I doubt they think that far out. There's a guy on Youtube that goes by the name Morgile and he has a bunch of flat Earth videos. The guy looks like an obvious meth head and he just posted a video of him being in jail for drugs and spousal abuse.
