Its foolish to do a deep knee bends all it does is crank that knee in a badway unlike squats
Same with lower back alot of us shouldnt try to lift over 100 pounds with no knee bend with the back at a full 90 degree , snap city
The human body has limits

A deep-knee-bend IS a squat.
And it’s a completely natural movement.
