This is such a shame. When will folks realize that our hearts can only handle so much load. It makes no difference whether it's muscle weight or fat, extra weight is a burden some hearts can't handle.

Why don’t you follow your own advice and lose 50LBS of body fat... you might need to take a break from getbig and focus yourself. Maybe you can drop 60LBS, that would be even better.

Get a complete blood panel done and get a physical (yearly), and get any extra tests that you might have a genetic disposition to. (Lynch sysndrome for colon cancer, heart scans, etc).
Plus all the age related things (colonoscopy, PSA, prostate tests, etc). Could save your life.
Ive had everything done except the coronary calcium scoring MRI, which is scheduled for next month.
(They can see if there's any actual blockage in the arteries, and its only 100.00 these days).
Other than that, it's just up to mother nature, freak accident, or violent tards in society that might kill you early.

- Annual physical
- PSA every quarter
- MRI rarely
- ECG about 7 years ago
- Colonoscopy every 2 years (been putting it off because I hate the prep)
- Dental exam and cleaning twice a year
- Audiometry annually
- Ophthalmologist annually (this year it's been once a month for glaucoma)
- Dermatologist annually
- freak accidence avoidance is mediocre
Looks like I'm good unless someone murders me. ;D
