That’s funny,just finished chest and hit 225 for 37 full reps.Brad is a beast no doubt and that 75 is impressive but I think full range he would prob hit low 50s still crazy either way.
Btw just started a new diet eating only every 12 hours after having stomach bug for a couple days.

No doubt, full reps, he would probably hit close to 50.
Here he is doing side and front raises with 120 pound dumbbells. Although the side raises were obviously half-way, the fact that he could even get them that far, is impressive.
