Think they keep accurate stats in these third world shit holes. Last time my wife was in Mexico a Mexican cop was patrolling in a stolen California police car. Never bothered to paint it, take off the plates or take off the stickers.

I have a distant relative from Columbia. She said a man was following her and she saw a cop and told him. The cop walked up to the guy and shot him dead. He then walked away. The body was out there the whole night.
