I'm not going to post a link to these two, because it's nonsense they are being lauded as ground breaking and it detracts from the biggest game of the year.
Questions:
How do you and/or gay guys "you know" feel about these two being all over t.v. and celebrated by the MSM leading up to the big dance (pun intended)?
Do you feel they represent gay men well?
Are gays of both gender blind to the fact that there's a good chance that more than a few female cheerleaders in the NFL have likely been lesbians or bi? Does it really make a difference to the gay community to be able to say that now two males have done it as well?
Just curious...not in that way......not that there's anything wrong with that :-X

Kind of part of why I'm curious. Let's say some are not "manly" gays in the eyes of others (I don't know the fucking lingo) and think football is a brute sport so they don't watch. Others just enjoy the sport period. And a 3rd group tunes in to watch sweaty men assume the position pre-snap. Does knowing a couple gay male cheerleaders make gay men of groups 1 and 2 more likely to watch or more excited about it?

You read like you've got a lot of time on your hands. That or dick in the mouth. Think about it. Oh wait! This is just another SF1900 type of thread...Carry on.
Fuck the NFL.

I'm bored. Chewing tobacco is the only thing in my mouth. Thanks for giving me alternative choices despite your critique.
Carry on

Better question is how do YOU feel? Since you are the only one obsessing over thoughts like these. Damn, just come out of the closet already.

I'm not obsessing. I'm straight, and you suggesting otherwise doesn't bother me dude. I don't have any gay friends so I'm just asking here.
My feeling is I'm annoyed that every news program I flip through is either talking about it or scrolling it across the bottom as if this is some phenomenal thing. They're all over YT as well. Either about them, or a similar annoyance to mine. The Amazing Lucas had a funny vlog about it.
I was watching the Today Show when they did their first interview, and they acted like it was all about them and they battled through a season and playoffs to get there. I thought fine, that's great for them and thought it'd be the end of it. It wasn't.

Yep. A three paragraph post clearly showing you are not obsessed about it and can't stop talking about it.

Whatever. Lesson learned:
Post thread with vid of female college gymnast doing a great routine and suggesting she'd kill it at the Ms. O = 235 views and 0 comments
Post a question for gays to get their perspective = 214 views, and only comments calling me gay. Right on!

If this game is close, I don't know that we'll ever see another 5 year span of Super Bowls where 4 out of 5 kept you glued to the t.v. until the end. Even with the Broncos v. Panthers game being in that grouping when this one is over, they will have all been great games.
