He could be both but his client turned in to the best built man on the planet following his prep.
WoooSHHHHH SANDOW

He's a drug guru. He knows how to combine drugs and diuretics to get the best results. His first lab experiment was Laura Creavalle. This nutrition guru bullshit is a farce, that's the easy part.

Curious, what would make you think that any of this would be easy?

imagine if dorian had the help of aceto !!!
he would be the mr olympia to this day at least!
-

what do you consider the actual break down training+diet+drugs=100 percent. just curious, not being wise.looking for an actual honest answer.
-
lol, bostin loyd owes a lot of his success to people like Aceto.
If it wasn't for "gurus" blatantly dismissing drugs and never acknowledging them, you wouldn't have a world of curious teens who get disillusioned and fat and wonder why these "guru" secrets can't help them.
-
“That’s the easy part” ::)
Today’s bbing yes, it’s all drugs, more is better mentality
Thought you would know all about insulin usage, gh, peptides, whatever the hot topic today is
Wait..... you don’t take any of that, correct? So you wouldn’t know about today’s gurus or drug dealer protocols
-

What do you base this information off of? And yes, I do know.
-
The overwhelming percentage of bodybuilding success can be attributed to hormones and drugs.
Unfortunate, but true.
Aceto is a filthy Muzzie convert, by the way. Pure mental illness.
-
What do you base this information off of? And yes, I do know.
The competitors and guys that train and compete at metroflex Arlington and destination Dallas gym
You and I know it’s the truth in today’s bbing circle, much more than in the past
Is it better? That depends on who you are asking

Correct
Yes, aceto should move to the Middle East and stay over there

Someone needs to explain to Bevo that's there is also diet and training involved.

I'm not denying that drugs play a big part, of course they do but you're making blanket statements that suggest that's the ONLY reason why.
-

To all the Wannabes & Haters it is.
Let them carry on believing that with their shitty physiques.
-

Didn’t say that, I am saying today’s circle of guys, a lot of it, drugs come first, and lots of it
Don’t misinterpret my words saying diet doesn’t matter ::)
-

Yes, we are all jealous of guys like you who inject illegal drugs, diet down, and pose in a thong
All while being shorter than 5’9 and living in the shitty UK :D
-
I think this is the proper percentage breakdown for Olympia level bodybuilding success
Genetics: 50%
Drugs: 40%
Training and Diet: 10%

Hmmm name me which illegal drugs please.
Jealous, yes more than likely you are.
And yes sadly the U.K. isn’t what it was,
But then with the likes of the lunatic liberal leftist / MSM / ocasio Cortez & the damn Musli woman elected in the states it Looks like your heading down a very similar path.

Without the drugs, and if he was 100% natural, how big would an Olympia competitor be?
-
Without the drugs, and if he was 100% natural, how big would an Olympia competitor be?
That’s a very good question.
I doubt we’ll ever know the answer
Height - Bone structure - Genetics
A rough guess from around 160 for the shorter light boned
To around 230 for the 6ft heavy boned ones

I guess my mistake was assuming one would be an Olympia competitor without drugs.
One would likely not even be a top NPC competitor.

I doubt very much it would be possible to compete at any kind of national level show
And do well.

Mike O'Hearn is a life-time natural AND a 4-time Mr. Universe. If you have the discipline, the genetics, and the will, you don't need the crazy drug protocols many of today's pros follow.
-
So it’s all drugs? No diet? No peak week prep? Just all drugs ::)
As far as peak week goes, here is where there's the most BS going around. Most of the time the athlete ends up looking worse after the "depleting and loading".
-

lol. 170 max.

Mermaids do exist

A lot of BS going around on Everything.
As for depleting / loading when done correctly makes a big difference
Though when done incorrectly makes a big difference in ruining the
Contest look.
-
Aceto has such a blond spot for this.
-
Curious, what would make you think that any of this would be easy?
It's not easy but it's pretty basic man. All you have to do is be disciplined to eat right and go to the gym. I do that shit on the daily anyway. The drug part is definitely the hard part because it's chemistry that provides the biggest difference maker in a physique. I hate that you disregard that part knowing that it's the biggest difference maker. Look at your own body and how much weight you gained and shred up that is all drugs and you 100% know that.
-
Chris is an old friend of mine from my hometown...........great guy IRL.
-
Absurd ....10%?? lol
Don`t forget Joe that as long as you don`t exceed your caloric needs you can eat anything you want to and get shredded! LOL ;D
-

60% training 30% peds and 10% diet
Without training nothing will happen no matter what you eat or take.

The percentages I wouldn’t know but that sounds right. Training hard has to be primary though. The biggest “but” though is even with the intense training they simply wouldn’t be even close to that big. The only way you know this is if you’ve gotten shredded naturally and also enhanced. I’ve done both and it’s worlds of difference.
-
Chris is an old friend of mine from my hometown...........great guy IRL.
He is a good guy.
Didnt listen to the interview, but he would be a fool to say on tape (vid, audio) about advising drug stacks for people.

ON THE CONTEST LEVEL YES ALL FACTORS ARE U MUST...but a gym trainer very serious minded who wants to look his or best without sacrificing too much can get by on basic /less frequent cycles to achieve a great build,,,xfactor is good example..
-

Bullshit , maybe for your size , nowadays to compete in the Olympia is 70% PED , 15% Training ,15 % diet
-

Lol - makes me recall Aceto in a pissy mood on Dave’s show and they were discussing something which very far fetch and full of shit and Chris’s goes “ yeah, like Singerman’s 100mgs of test a month.” I’d say Singerman is on a boat load of gear.
J

Does Aceto have some form of autism? Serious question.
-

I think the drugs are a really high percentage but more than training? I've done both natural and enhanced and naturally I looked shredded but extremely thin. At 6'1 shredded naturally I was probably 160-165.

You can take all the drugs you like but if you dont train nothing will happen, thats why I believe training to be by far the most important

Bevo you have to realize coach is a know it all asshole who thinks he is an expert on everything
-

This,,,and you should want to train and as hard as you can during drug protocol ,why waste or take any chances,,eat, train, rest, cycle prep .
-

This^
Nutrition and drugs are of equal importance... Nutrition is more difficult to manage in prep to get results than drugs up until the last week when drugs become more important...
Training is relatively straight forward you just gotta have half an idea and turn up good genetics and diet drugs take care of the rest..

Yes more than training , I used train with a national competitor he was 5'4'' 210lbs , lazy mofo , he was twice my size , all drugs , he went to jail for 5 years ,when he got out he was 140 lbs soaking wet ,I couldn't believe how small he was.
Did you train any different when you were natural and when you were on PED ?
-

I spent the majority of my training years natural and built a good base. The biggest change was on gear I started doing way more cardio because I could keep size.
I try to doing gear as “healthy” as possible. Meaning healthy foods, nothing in high dose, cardio, and check ups galore (inc blood work). I don’t eat crazy like a lot of these guys do with the 10 burgers and 5 pizzas. Doesn’t happen with me.

Ah yes. It’s a great point! Don’t ever let someone tell you steroids aren’t a form of drug addiction. People are so full of it that deny that. I can stop for a few months but always itching to go back on.

How much do you weight now?

How much do you weight now?
That is one thing I don’t do regularly. It’s too consuming for what little it means. I don’t compete nor am I a fighter of any sort. Therefore the scale doesn’t play a role. I need to fit in my clothes and suits and look good naked. Probably sounds strange but that’s how I measure myself. Saw the doctor write 212 about a year and half ago.

I weigh myself daily, I don't know why I always weigh the same.
212 lbs that was without the Rolex and the gold chains, right ? :D

The real value of a good coach is as a psychologist. A good coach keeps an athlete on a plan and stops him from losing his head on prep.
That a guru has some extra special drug combo or meal combo is baloney. Those things are at the very least secondary.
-
That's my point , you trained hard natural , gear made the difference .
If he didn't eat properly he wouldn't have put on shit.... Steroids can't make muscle out of thin air.

is Aceto married to Laura Creavalle or Andrulla Blanchette? I know it's one of them.

Laura was formerly married to Chris I believe.
Side note, does anyone know why they dub him "the technician"? Confusing as he simplifies things and says "dieting is straightforward, training is not scientific" etc
