He looks like a bulked up power lifter, all that force feeding doesnt work well for him.
He has exceptional English for an Arab, probably coming from a wealthy family.

sounds like he was born and raised in america , does look a bit like a fat guy in some clothes . . . .

All the drugs such a guy takes allows or forces him to eat this way.

The builders in the seventies didn't have such extreme eating patterns?
