none :D
but im interested in that hot yoga that getbigger is talking about all the time, the guy with a name like a mexican dish
-
All of it including Normatech, messages, ice baths and while I train I use a hypervolt for soft tissue work in between sets
-
I don't do any of that.
-
Nobody usually does anything like this... until they get hurt.
-
Zumba classes.
-
If you use a full range of motion while doing your training you will have all the flexibility required to do your whatever it is.
-
I stretch in between sets but that's it.

I'll reply later this week after I start physical therapy for my fucked up back. And no, I didn't mess it up bodybuilding. But, it has certainly messed up my workouts.

I am a firm believer in hot yoga for many reasons - :)
1. accountability for cardio - you will burn 400-600 cals per session
2. really train your core/mid section - lets be real.. .most guys "ill do abs after i am done training" stop lying
3. great to stretch and lengthen
4. accountability for not getting fat - stand in a mirror with no shirt on for 60-80 minutes in a crowded room- you will stop being a fat ass soon once you take a look a your shirtless body all the time -
5. mind/muscle and breathing connection
6. tons of benefits of hot rooms + excessive sweating
7. tons of hot chics in class - there are more hot chics today at evening yoga than the local gym - hands down
8. keeps you out of trouble - gives you something to do
many of you guys would benefit it from - escp if you are a mesomorph/endomorph -
:)

Every 4th day I do stretching, shoulder pre-hab, neck, core, and ab and glute isolation. All the shit I know I should do but for which little passion remains on push/pull/leg days. I call it Jane Fonda Day. I'd like to get into yoga and tumbling and am considering some retarded expensive mats (Zebra - buy once, cry once) for a room 4m x 4m (13.3 x 13.3 feet). I could call it Yogi Bear Day.
I'm also going to raise the ceiling level in that room and install rings which I can wind back up to the ceiling when not in use. I'd like to be able to hold an iron cross, just because, and it'll open up a lot of bodyweight work possibilities. Also sex swing stuff.

some poses seems difficult, i would have a problem with utkatasana, dandayamana-dhanusarana and super-vajsaran.

The Virasana hero pose has been a life-saver for my knees.
For those that don't know, it's basically how many Japanese people sit.

I see way more people foam rolling, band stretching, etc. these days, even kids. I used to think the same thing (it's definitely true in my case), but I wonder if people are just wisening up.

Unless you have a specific need in your activity (sport) for flexibility, stretching is a waste of time.
There is no injury protection provided by stretching. In fact, it sometimes makes you more susceptible to injury and weakens you.
Just warmup your joints and muscles prior to your activity by doing movements that mimic your activity. Joint rotations or what is called dynamic stretching (basically doing the movement) is good.

None,I like to be stiff and uncomfortable most the time.i can’t believe people stretch and foam roll, who has that kind of time?Haha fuck that shit.

When I'm on top of my wife I call her another name and hang on for life. Usually 4 seconds. My record is 8 seconds. I find my joints are all loose after I pick myself off the floor.
