Title: Maybe its my blood type but low fat diet is key for losing fat

Without feeling like starving. However i have to get in a few moderate sets in perday and jog half mile perday

If i eat over 30g of fat id have to exercise way too much

avoid pounding, soft beach sand run is the best (american marines style)

no carbs,no sugar  ;)
