Title: Pump Cover?

Any of you guys use this word? Overheard some gym bros saying it the other day, I had to laugh this is becoming a common phrase. 

For those who don't know its another word for a sweatshirt or hoodie. Word created by Seth Feroci.

Pump cover?  I've heard guys use up dog but never pump cover.
