Just finished 20 reps squat sets... Throw up a little and I have to say this is by far the exercise I hate most.
Two months into the program and it feels like ages.
BB rows are second on the list for me.
What about the getbigger : (when he's not banging hot chicks on his private jet)??

Now I hate dumbbell rows.

flat barebell bench (most common)
calf raises

barbell bench. Maybe because I can't do it any more with a bad shoulder. Always thought it was the most overrated exercise of all time.

Like other posters said- why do an exercise you don’t like? This is a hobby for 99.9999% of people who do it.
That being said, leg curls are painfull when done right. Love the result though.

Doing it for the results in both legs and overall (test stimulation, being natty and 45 yo). Also I never get the same feeling from leg presses: squats are really a bitch if you do them all out. A Nightmare.
