Normally media claim the terrorist was a "confused" man. They seldom report his name, background, religion, or country of birth.
This vague way of reporting enables them to keep vital information away from their readers

(And they always claim knife attacks at random civilians never have anything to do with religion. It's just a coincidence such attackers in 99% of the cases are muslims with a middle eastern or north african background....)
