She has said multiple times that it was terrifying and humiliating to have to admit that she had been suckered by the democratic party her whole life as a black girl and young woman. Unlike 99% of the Trump supporters who claimed from the start he was innocent, I said I didn't know I would have to wait until the investigation was over and look at the information. Wait and see is a very reasonable position.

Personally, I think those people believing this are taking it a bit far. My guess is Russia did interfere/have influence on how folks voted. But Trump's success is mostly based on the people looking for a change, regardless of what that ends up being. And one thing you can say for sure, Trump has changed things a lot.

Piggy backing on the report. not many people have seen the report but it appears, and I have no reason to doubt it, that TRUMPS campaign team was not involved in the Russian interference. I take that as a good thing. I'm glad we don't have a sitting President that did that.
I see a lot of Democrats are irritated Mueller didn't conclude on the 2nd issue. They say the reason the Special Investigator is brought in is precisely to avoid a political appointee like Barr to make the decisions on it. I disagree. I have no reason to doubt Mueller and from my previous career I am well aware of having evidence, but not enough to sway a jury. In many cases we would "punt" to the District Attorneys office to get their input because they would ultimately have to try the case. If Mueller, a seasoned and well respected FBI director, homicide prosecutor, was unsure enough to simply say this report neither indicts or exonerates Trump on the Obstruction charge, and Barr, the AG says there's not enough. I am good with it

Hmm, my son and his family must not be very political because other than telling me they think Trump is a buffoon, they haven't talked politics. Maybe the folks in countryside villages (pop 1,900) aren't on the same page as those in the cities. Würzburg is about 20 kilometers away. Frankfurt is the nearest large city.
Barvarian nationalism has been an issue since 1871. Over the all these years it seems to have become stronger. The folks I've met there seem pretty content with life in general as they should be since there is little evidence of some of the problems that plague the rest of the free world, including the U.S.. Bavaria has become a test case for how to win back voters from the far right even if the price is to move right and close ranks with populists in neighboring countries. Our political leaders might want to take a look at this.
Do you think we folks in the U.S. will ever find some common ground? Let's hope so because the way the political scene is currently, sucks.

BTW, in my 3 decades of working years so far; I have only spent ~6 months (warehousing/distribution at 19y.o.) in positions where I didn't come into contact via phone, email, and/or in person with at least 150+ people a day. My paychecks, awards, and rewards are a direct commentary that gives feedback on my communication skills.
