I drink one tbls on Psyllium every day. Also eat oatmeal often. Flax seed on top sometimes.
Keeps the pipes moving.

I think once you get older (around my age) it’s necessary. I’m at the point of my prep to where I’m not going too often :-\
My wife is calculating my intake now. Says I’m right around 40-45
