-
Funny,my dad just showed me those a couple months ago.It was pretty impressive.
-
-
I believe it’s time to rewatch the trilogy.
-
wow. A masterpiece. One of my all time fav movies.
How can you trust a man who wears a belt and suspenders? Man can’t even trust his own pants.
-
When the soprano was hitting her high notes all I could think of is what a hoot she’d be in bed.
The man with no name series are some of my all time faves. High Plains Drifter is my number 1 of all time.

In before Wiggs says they're based on an ancient (all inventions are BLACK! FACK!) negro film called "Hebe Guut. Donbee Bad. Dindu Nuffinz".
Extemporaneous doesn't always work out but you get the general idea. ;D I've seen all of the trilogy including a restored print of the first in the series shown at a historical theater. The music is stirring.

The trilogy was on Netflix. May still be on there
Sorry. It’s amazon prime video and they are still on there

Thanks for sharing that, it was awesome.

Excellent! A masterpiece film. One of my all time faves.
That it is. As are so many of your posts here. Outside of John (Reeves) I consider you the Wordsmith of this place. You never fail to give me pause as well as make smile. Kinda like an Ironmeister without the photos.
Thanks, brother!

Thank you, TS! And you, my dear sir, are not a typist!*
*I wonder if anyone here other than we realizes the context for this derogative.
All best,
Kahn

SLIK, KHAN, etal .... Once Upon a Time in the West .... also one of my favorite films.
I had friends deeply involved as stuntmen and extras in that film and a couple of them were present during the filming of that 'train waiting depot' scene and told me some damn interesting shit regarding how it was filmed and some minor but interesting details like Woody Strode's or Jack Elam's scene which involved the fly and his pistol.
If I recall the story correctly .... the director (was it Leone?) just told them to act bored and do whatever came to mind.
That is one movie scene I'll never forget up to the point where the train pulls away and shows Harmonica on the other side of the track.
A simple but unforgettable motion picture footage with great music with an ending scene of railroad workers continuing to build the wild wild west.
Also liked How The West Was Won and had friends working on the railroad log freight-train combat scene. Interesting story there but I think I told those details a few yaras back.

I cannot recall if they used the "Wilhelm Scream" or not. Use of that would cement it's place in the hall of groovy for eternity! ;D

This is kinda cool too though, no?
Love the titty grab power dance move at :38, and the solo dance beginning around 1:45. *with the studio name in the background, I'm praying these are all biologically correct females :-X

That scene where the train pulls away and Bronson is standing there w the 3 men on the other side.
“Looks like we’re 1 horse short.”
Bronson. “Brought 2 too many.”

What struck me as odd in this vid is that Denmark I assume is all
Libs? Here they have s guy handing by a noose and the lady had gun earings and they shoot pistols in the one song. Things most libs would oppose there days.
