So I’m trying to be more relaxed and non hateful so let’s all get along and say nothing but positive things.I really am gonna try and be positive.I haven’t watched the news in 8 days and already the stress is down by prob 25%.
So what do you say everyone?blacks,whites,gays,straights,Asians,Indians etc... unite for the sake of posistive vibes.Ive been keeping my mouth shut when I’m out except for one thing yesterday and that was it.
Join me fellow getbiggers and think positive to reap the power of positivity from the universe.good comes to those who think good so I’m all in for a trial period.

I'll try, as I realized yesterday that I have a lot more in common with you than I thought when it comes to my annoyance with people. After our conversation in the Strawman thread a few nights ago something happened. I don't know if I just started noticing more retards at the gym, or if I've just been missing most of them as I went to 2 different gyms at different times than I usually in the days since then? ???
Saturday I saw a dude that was like 6'2" 230-240 with pretty decent wheels getting lessons from a girl you could tell was a former chunkster, but who now has muscle and advertises the local nutrition shop with her shirt, bag, and water bottle which apparent means she's now an expert. :-\ She actually videoed him doing squats, AND dbell stiff legged deads and then made him watch as she critiqued him. Again, this happened while I would have been in the shot had I not noticed what was happening so I could avoid....fucked up my tempo >:(
Yesterday, I saw a dude wearing those goofy fucking tight balloon pants that Cutler wears, and he had them pulled up past his belly button like a bitch to hide his huge gut. Since I just typed about his huge gut, it clearly didn't work. Then I saw a "tan" guy (no racist) who likely had an accent (no xenophist) turn his hat sideways, hold up his phone, give a pouty tough guy look (weird) and take a pic next to the chest fly machine he was about to "kill it" on. ::) And then as I was leaving, I saw a dude that was probably 6'4" 185 doing the cable crossover station like superman if he flew with a crossover machine on his back, and did them like bench presses toward the ground with more weight than even superman should be handling.....all while his friend took video or pictures with his phone. :-X What is going on in the fitness world these days? :o I've only been out of it for 2.5 yrs, and people have gone full on :P due to social. :-[
I really want the 90's back when it comes to the gym. Steel plates and dbells with no rubber coating that clanks and slams, no phones (except for drug dealers so I know who to approach for gear and weed), girls in hot skins thongs, and only bullshit stories where you have to look the person in the eye about how you lifted......not have them show you their facebook or insta posts.
I really wish weed was legal here right now Robcguns!!! I needed to get that off of my chest, before I committed to saying....I'll try to be positive on here this week. :D

Honestly making a huge difference for me,it’s prob more like a 50% drop in stress.Never gonna watch the news again as it’s just there to piss you off.Id watch the news every morning from 430-7 and again at night for 2 hours if home and the morning news would set my mood for the day.

Not watching the news is great, its mostly lies, exaggerations, sensationalism, etc.
Havent watched in many years.
Last week (and still this week) I tried to browse the web w/out coming up on negative news and politics on any website.
Almost impossible. I sat there staring at a blank browser for a while trying to decide a page to land on. (Its hard, try it). :P
At least on iron-game websites (like this once was) one could avoid the threads (political, SJW, MSM, related, etc.).
Webz used to be a never-ending place where you couldnt get bored. (Music sites, bands, iron-game, etc).
Nowadays, even modern (sensitive, hurt feeling) musicians just whine about politics all day on sites like Blabbermouth, and others.
