Everyone takes a bad picture now and then. Those pix were a bit shocking as we are used to seeing him in his prime. Those pix are from years ago when Tom seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth. He looks better now and frankly it’s his haircut that makes him look funny. If not for that he’d look like any random skinny older man. He got back to working out the last few years. He has his health which is good. If you guys can find it there is a very entertaining informative seminar he did posted on YouTube where he’s sitting down on a stage wearing dress pants shirt and suspenders. It’s really worth a watch.

Sad to see a pro bodybuilder your age when you are better built now by a wide margin. Makes me wonder about what was real back in the day and what was bull shit. Then you have the aging bodybuilders who are still juicing even after having heart surgery.

I saw where he and that creature he buttfucked for money, Ken Sprague met up after several decades...If you are not homosexual, how the fuck do you look a guy in the eye that you once pounded (on film, mind you) in his brown-eye? WTF do you talk about?
As for this Platz video, I scanned it from beginning to end randomly stopping to watch and listen to Tom. Some okay stuff in there but he also is a bit too "new age" for me. Like watching Caddyshack and buying into the whole, "See the ball, be the ball" routine. ;D

That pic was from his “return” in the early ‘90s. He just wanted one more go on the gas. Competition wasn’t the goal. Good thing, too. Tom would’ve gotten smashed worse than Levrone. As well, he wasn’t anywhere near his biggest.
The first time I met him I was shocked how puny he was.
My theory is, the over abundance of test-derived drugs they use acts like a dam to an ever-increasing lake of catabolic hormones and estrogenic compounds. When they come off, as Platz did, and are actually OFF, the dam’s burst and, as another says, the pendulum swings the other way.
