smoking (or better yet, vaping dry flower through a water pipe) takes effect much quicker and is easier to dose (in my opinion)

Love edibles. Been into this a lot more over the last 4 months. Dieting has been tough during that time therefore increased cardio. Training and cardio are awesome given the sleeps I have now on that stuff.

I ate the paw off a gummy bear edible, JUST THE PAW, and I was stoned for five hours. Strong stuff.

I actually don't like the high I get from an edible
then again, I don't do that much whether I smoke or eat it
the most I've taken as an edible is 10mg. I did that right before I boarded a plane for a flight to Texas (which is about 3 hours). I was reading a book most of the flight and just noticed a sort of mild buzz and felt nothing by the time we landed.
when I vape (which is a couple of times a month at most) it's a few tokes and I'm done. I find that to be much more pleasant but then I only vape really high thc indica's.
I only vape the flower (I don't like the oils) and I like being able to choose the specific strain that I like the best

Honestly it's a great way to experience some different flavours of reality if used responsibly and not too often, smoking, vaping or edibles. Vaping is best tho', pretty much no bad stuff compared to burning and you need very, very little to teleport yourself into different reality for a few hours. Like a nice cup of coffee sitting in front of a fireplace at a cozy evening but different.

try 30mg and report back . lol You'll definitely feel something.
if you want to vape anything try DMT and hang on to your fucking seat. I still cant get over the physical effects, terrifying and euphoric at the same time. Some incredible experiences on that.
Think I'll start a thread on that to gauge other peoples experiences.

Not too many people into fitness and working out are pot heads. I know some exist but it's an anomaly. In my gym it's the slackers that talk about pot. Slackers in life and in the gym slackers. Of course there are exceptions.

I do a 10mg edible at night before bed it's been a game changer in terms of sleep and recovery. Add trt to the mix and a healthy keto diet and you will excel.

i will give my 2 cents
i only know edibles which is are totally different etc -
-I think for mind connection with edibles it is good to take them on very rare occasions so you really FEEL IT. months or even a year or so apart. also when you take them, do it on an empty stomach (12 hours +)
-there is a slight hang over from them
-I will sometimes do tons of high reps or pose on edibles. 10-20mg and i will do hot yoga on edibles too
- i do think they are not good daily - (for me at least) for some yah - for me - i like that feel that ZING (chase that dragon ) so you gotta lay off them for prolonged periods of time.
I love to do abs, pose and yoga on them

yeah but that might be more than I want and last way too long for my preference
I've smoked since I was in college and do it very infrequently now (maybe a couple of times a month) and I like my method
I can use a tiny amount of flower and get a 2 or 3 decent rips and get a nice high and body numbing effect which kicks in within a few minutes and peaks within about 25 minutes and then have a nice soft landing.
I would definitely try DMT if I knew a safe and reliable way to get it
