It's GOING to be voted in....that's FOR SURE. Illinois just passed the same bill in April. Same for Washington and Joisey.
Simply put, they're gonna need to see what Trump is hiding before the fine citizens of their states cast a single vote.
Good for them. It oughta be a national law. Idiot never would have even run for office. Sure he'll protest it and sue--but that's okay. The more lawsuits he's involved in the better.

Great news, can't wait for CWII :)

Excellent way for demoncrats to show the general public how they will hold down their votes and opinions unless the liberals cunts get their way. People should be pissed about this.
-
Pissed?? HAHAHAH!!
No way babe--we're fucking happy as shit ! !!
This is just what we need.
1--good because it'll knock Idiot right out
2--the next candidate will be forced to SHOW US THE MONEY!
WIN/WIN
Why are you so mad
-
Why are you so mad
Because the state of Commiefornia is stripping me of my right to vote ???
You're only accepting it because it's against Trump. How will you feel when Texas takes the democratic party off the ballot?
-
Well...ur PARTIALLY right.
I'm ecstatic that it's mainly aimed at Idiot. Yes.
However--why would this be a bad thing?
No--it really would NOT be fair that a citizen who wanted to vote for him couldn't. It's not right at all. I agree.
Problem would be a non issue if he just released them.
Don't you find that alarming?

No, as has been said several times, he earned his money in the private sector, he didn't become a millionaire/billionaire in politics. I don't care about his tax returns.
I do, however, care about my rights being stripped from me because the state wants to throw a fit because they can't get their way.

No politician should have to release their tax returns, regardless of party affiliation.
If they have been submitted and accepted by the IRS, that is all anyone needs to know.
The rest is just political bullshit that serves no purpose other than to take away from the issues.
This election should have been a walk for the left. But they continue to show extreme stupidity in attacking all the wrong things, virtue signaling, and worrying about identity politics instead of nominating a normal, more central common sense type.

Conservatives look upon the night sky and see "the heavens". Cucktards such as yourself see only "space".
"Sigh"...I suppose your being such a dullard I should explain this. But I won't. I bite my thumb at thee, foul craven Philistine. FTN, pederast.

LOL.. like he's going to win CA anyhow....

You're in Florida, get on that Trump train!!!

You're in Florida, get on that Trump train!!!
Ill tell you what. The younger generation here in Florida, people from 18 to 25 are really far from the Trump Train.
Theres a new breed of Liberals out here. Im old, but I can see that.
Even if Trumps win again, 6 years from now, theres no way that new voters will support someone like DeSantis or Trump Junior.
The World has changed

They prolly will next year. Thats one of the reasons, the Democrats needs to come up with the best name.
At this point, who do you perceive as the best choice?
Biden or Beto?

Neither of those guys stand a chance. Biden has been in politics 50 years and hasn't changed shit, zero impact outside of riding Obama coattails for 8 years.

Oh come on now---that's a really ridiculous statement.
Beto--I don't like one bit. Something about him really annoys me.
I'd take Biden in a heartbeat over him. Over everybody else??? i dunno. I'm waiting for them to narrow down the choice a little bit. Let the candidates eliminate themselves by saying/ doing/ or believing in something stupid.

Not true for Illinois, Washington, and NJ. The respective State Houses and Governors have yet to pass
and sign, respectively, the bills. Moreover, no state has passed any such law - yet.
What's ironic (and makes it clear that this a purely anti-Trump effort) is that there's no requirement
that gubernatorial candidates in Illinois have to reveal their taxes.

The States can’t determine who qualifies to run for President. The constitution alone states the criteria
to be eligible. If a Governor is idiotic enough to sign a law requiring a Presidential candidate to provide
tax returns in order to be on the ballot, he/she would be a darling of the media until SCOTUS kicked him/her
in the teeth.
Far lefty Jerry Brown (who didn’t release his returns :D ) vetoed such a bill in 2017. Newsom has Oval
Office ambitions, so I don’t think he'd be willing to suffer a SCOTUS rebuke over the new bill currently
floating in the CA legislature.
“While I recognize the political attractiveness – even the merits – of getting President Trump’s tax returns,
I worry about the political perils of individual states seeking to regulate presidential elections in this manner,”
Brown wrote in a veto message. “First, it may not be constitutional. Second, it sets a ‘slippery slope’ precedent.
Today we require tax returns, but what would be next? Five years of health records? A certified birth certificate?
High school report cards? And will these requirements vary depending on which political party is in power?”
