I suspect this one is headed for the SCOTUS.

Get ready for the meltdowns regardless of the decision.

Carlin was very funny but his argument doesn't stand up to reason. Using his logic a person shouldn't be against murder unless they are willing to house and feed the victim for the rest of his/her life.

A clear majority of the USA has been on the pro choice side for decades.

To hear the pro life crowd, you'd think 90% of the country was anti-abortion rights.
That's abortion in general but third trimester gets a different reaction. That Pew Research study said "all or most cases" which is pretty vague.

For the most part, Carlin deserves to be dead. Oh wait...He is. Never said shit (that I can recall and I watched him for decades) 'bout muslimes but oh did he despise the Nazarene's followers even if they were genuine ones.

That argument gets used all the time and you are right that it makes no logical sense yet it continues to be used by those in favor. Really it shows how illogical that side is when they don't understand how poor of an argument that is.

Yes, the left despises Christianity but not religion in general. If there were a 2nd crusades they would be on the Muzzies side, no doubt.

I agree. Such creatures do not deserve protecting from themselves.

Bingo! You're right.
The state of AL could have easily passed and secured a law banning late term abortions.
Nope, they went for some all or none law and that's what they'll end up with...NONE.
I think they will lose at the Supreme Court because of this over aggressive move. Roberts and Kavanaugh will side with Ginsberg, Breyer, Kagan and Sotomayor will all take the other side and make it 6-3.

I liked Carlin but you are right. The fucker played it safe. Never made fun of blacks or Muslims. Too scared. Fuck him!
