Title: Positive week 2
Post by: robcguns on May 11, 2019, 05:45:21 AM
Good morning ladies and gentlemen,my positivity week went really well a few weeks ago and I’ve gotten away from it lately so I’ve decided to do it again so I will post only positive things till next Saturday.Things are looking good, crypto market is going up,sun is shining and great things are gonna happen.Harness the power of the universe and make your life great.I may sound like a jackass but it really works if you commit to it.

The wife convinced me to do it again as she said look at all the great things that happened that week.So part two is here.

So hope everyone here has a great day.

Youre right Rob,and it rubs off on others. Sun is finally shining around here in N.E., been a miserable, rainy stretch, and it looks like its going to continue w/ a couple good days in between.

Going to garage gym to train legs, then a day of fun w/ the Cougar. Enjoy your day!

Enjoy your day as well.

When I started training seriously again four years ago, I never thought I would be able to top my all time best lifts from when I was younger. I thought old age would have caught up on me as I started training with very light weights and practically all my joints hurt like hell. But I said screw it and kept on pushing, modifying the movements little by little until I could increase the weights again without pain. Just recently at age 46, I broke through four of my all time bests, carrying more muscle mass than ever before.

Good job!  It does seem much harder to stay motivated and training in our 40's but it's worth it.

That's Bryce Harper. He's a God in this town.
I heard he was a total prick in high school.
(not that I know any high school age boys)

That average won't stick, it will explode once he gets adjusted to his new diggs.
