Anyone know the line up for the NY Pro?
-
NY what?
I went to this near yearly, since the ‘98, when it was still called NOC, til 2017. The last one had me so disappointed, from the ragtag assortment of water-logged buffoons, to the bums in the audience, that I decided I won’t ever again attend.

Valid question but since this is the least bodybuilding friendly board on the net, all you're going to get is a bunch smart ass answers.

Night of Champions was one of a kind and it was the most popular east coast Pro Bodybuilding show in it's day...
-
Night of what?
Jk.
Wayne Demillia took the name with him when he left the IFBB.
-
The NOC was an awesome show and I am so glad I went to everyone since 1992 when Levrone won.
-
Not sure why he wasn’t added to the 212’s but Toto Djong is in.
-
I recognize Hollingshead (very strong guy) and Josh Wade (him only recently because of Meadows vid's) but the rest,no clue...

Jon Delarosa is competing but not on the list.
-
Andrew Hudson...SA Champ, has been resting, and has very good shape. I have faith in the Hudson Growth Plan.

It was awesome and Levrone came out of nowhere.

Many competitors are returning for the coveted prize.
Hahaha!
Btw, I am curious: what might've happened had you taken over the Federation? :)
Personally, I would have probably made peace with the Klingons...you could probably bring them to heel by killing their chancellor in a duel. They'd never be tame, but if have them some autonomy and you wiped out the Romulans, I think they'd join you with promises of galactic conquest. I know I would. Hail, Caesar Khan! :D

That particular "lineup" reads like someone was eating alphabet soup and sneezed. ;D
Isn't Laim Duque a Congolese Frenchman recently transplanted to England and plays part time goalkeeper for the Congo-Mongols club as well as third chair French Horn for the local "Goodtime Muslime Marching Band"?

Out of the 2 classes listed above,I only know of 5 guys!
This sport is fucking done.

Hail, Titus!
The Klingons and Romulans are not capable of being led, for that requires the noble will to put aside such base sentiments as resentment and jealousy in order to follow the Alexanders, the Napoleons, and, yes, the Kahns of their age. Oh, how the inferior despise greatness.
No, not led, my dear friend, but dragged as the recalcitrant beasts that they are. Lowlings do not serve willingly, but only under the whip!
Joaquin sends his regards from Valhalla!

Hi, TS!
Yes, the very same one. Unfortunately for Duque, his time is almost up and can't get anything done.

I've kind of heard of 3 competitors.
Also, it's a step down holding it at the Westchester County Center. It's a nice place for craft shows, and the odd antique show, etc.... But for bodybuilding? It's an hourish outside the city, and not all that touristy/hip for a thing that wants to attract young males -.

I know of Justin Luis Rodriguez because he smoked Bosin Loyd as an amateur and turned pro after competing for a couple of years.

The IFBB Pro League guys from overseas will probably all place last. They are like tokens. Gone are the days when you could get blown away by the European competitors in NY Pro. In other words, organizational politics is also contributing to the downward spiral.

Noticed Morel is on there as well, so I recognize 3 names.
Only recently heard of Wade because of Meadows videos and Advices Radio Podcast.
He's 40 and will (or should) be done soon.
Morel I know the name, would need to Google to remember what he looks like. (Didnt he kill a baby)?
Hollingshead I recognize from YouTube, guy is insanely strong, not sure how he does in "ball-suit/salad-oil" contests.
Remember when all good pro's would do the whole circuit most of the year? Now they bloat up like "Goodyear Michelin Oil-bag Man" And do the Arnold and Mr. O only it seems.
I mean look at Haney in 1983:
1983
Grand Prix England - IFBB, 2nd
Grand Prix Las Vegas - IFBB, Winner
Grand Prix Sweden - IFBB, 2nd
Grand Prix Switzerland - IFBB, 3rd
Night of Champions - IFBB, Winner
Olympia - IFBB, 3rd
World Pro Championships - IFBB, 3rd
Fat, watery oil-bags. ::)

212 is going to be pretty much Olympia line up, King Q, Eduardo Correa, Ahmad Ashkanani. Correa hasn't competed in 2 years, should be a great show.

When you scroll down the profiles on the Czech (?) website, there are some big boys there. But why have we never heard of them? Do they come and go more frequently than in the old days? Or are the physiques inferior to 10 to 20 years ago. Don’t fully understand.

Some of them are making their pro debut at the New York: Anna Nawrot, Edward Papiro, Piotr Borecki, and Javier Duarte.
