Is that Erik Spoto?How about tighten tape,straighten tape and your at 17.5”-18” cause that pic shows 19.5” loose and crooked.Also he weighs what?350 strong huge guy but no where near 20” forearm.
17.5-18” forearms are huge but McGrath has 17”s at 250 and they look way bigger.

Her forearms measure the same from just above the wrist all the way to the elbow. :-\

Considered short in Northern Europe
In some parts of Asia he might be regarded as relatively tall however

i never thought to measure mine when they were their biggest. (measuring tapes and cameras were kind of laughed at back in the early nineties)
but they have been an inch bigger than in this pic. and you could add a half inch or better measuring the way eric is.

Did you do tons of forearm work or those things just pop out from regular stuff?either way I’d kill for those before or now.

plenty of direct forearm work. as well as racing motocross when i was a kid.
my old workout partner never trained forearms but could rep 8 plate deadlifts with no wraps
and his forearms were close to mine.
later on i used wristwraps on all my back training because forearms were taking over.

hey Rob, sorry, that doesn't sound right.
when training back, i would activate my brachioradialus (sp?) to a degree that
they would cramp like a sunovabitch all night long. not the fun cramps that wriggle and
pop, but serious painful cramps that i couldn't break. at that point, my forearms wouldn't have looked right any
bigger, so i used wraps to keep them from assisting.
dammit now i have a forearm pump from typing this future TLDR

I shot 6 loads in 17 hours two days ago, and extended it to 8 in 34 hours. Is that bad?
Was curious about my heart 💓 function after gaining weight and reaching my lifetime fattest weight of 213-lb in August of 2018. I'm 180-lb now, seeking to starve myself down to 165-lb, and clean bulk up to 175-lb. I am confident that I can reach a pretty close physique to Mark Wahlberg in FEAR. With a flat stomach, but not with abs that good. But overall carrying roughly that size.
Also...I think tightening the tape in the OP would only lose maybe 1". So yes, those are huge forearms.
Frank McGrath has elite arm genetics all around.

Northern Europeans are the tallest in the world, so 5'10 would be relatively tall or above average in most of the world.
