Veggies provide Omega-3, the complete profile of all essential amino acids, dietary fiber, plenty of micro and phytonutrients, etc.
Truly, veggies are one of God's gifts to the people who desire physical health.

tdongz, I think ALA is part of the essential fatty acids in the omega 3 range, but you need EPA and DHA omega 3 acids also, which are not found in plants, if i remember correctly.

Yes and no. ALA does convert into EPA and DHA, though the process isn't super efficient.
