Here's what I take on training days before and after training. You're welcome.
Post workout smoothie:
1 pear
1/2 banana
40 grams grass fed protein isolate
Low fat milk
Pre-workout shake:
Citrulline Malate 2:1 6 grams
TrimethylGlycine (Betaine Anhydrous) 1.5g
Agmapure® (Agmatine Sulphate) 1g
Taurine 1g
Nitrosigine® (Arginine Inositol Silicate) 750mg
L Ornithine 750mg
Beta Vulgaris 200mg
CarnoSyn® Beta Alanine 3.2g
Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin 2g
Creatine MagnaPower® (Creatine Magnesium Chelate) 2g
L-Tyrosine 750mg
Tri-Caffeine Matrix (Caffeine Anhydrous, DiCaffeine Malate, Caffeine Citrate) 400mg
Choline Complex (CDP Choline/Choline Bitartrate) 300mg
Hordenine 75mg
500mg Carnipure®
Post workout shake:
40 grams grass fed protein isolate
40 grams Vitargo®+creatine
500mg Carnipure®

Did you intentionally forget to add Cheque Drops, or just forget to post it?

Best pre workout is beets.I don’t take any supps but my buddy told me to eat a beet prior to liftin and it would be crazy.I only eat a beet before arm day and it is crazy.

Beets are also good to use as weights for 2000 rep feeder curl workouts before bed because they last a long time and won't rot on your nightstand for at least a month.
