I used to drink a shake in college, N2Large or something, and it was 2,000 calories and something like 50g protein.

not sure if hes currently arm wrestling but he has been, but he's planning to attempt a new record in benching

Same here but it was a lot less calories than that. It was whey, maltodextrin, and low fat/lower sugar for a weight gainer and came in a paint can. I think it was more like 600 calories. Vanilla with some peanut butter added was the bees knees
