Who is a better shoulder trainer,  Milos or Hany?

Ramrod trained Phils shoulders and Phil has won multiple Mr.O's.

Milos trains Sergio's shoulders and his genetic lineage suggest that he would be a better bodybuilder than Phil, but hes won ZERO Mr.O's.

This debate wont be settled easily.
