Phosphorus is in all leafy greens and fresh fruit and peanutbutter. So essentially you must seperate a calcium source such as carob powder from leafy grees/fruits.
Because vitamin d in the body is required to absorb phosphorus and calcium, you dont want them to cancel each other out
