Free weights are so much last year!

Machines are good but you need to lift standing on your feet for real power.

Did dumbbell rows today 110,120,130,142,164
Pull ups 13,11,10,10,9
Behind the back barbell wrist curl 135,185x2 sets
Barbell wrist curl on knees 135x3 sets
Revere barbell wrist curls on knees 89x3 sets
Standing calve raises in a smith machine feet on 2 45s,225,275,315,315,315
I did do a lot of machines in 2015-17 due to injuries but then said fuck it and started going heavy free weight again and I feel much better,stronger and bigger.
