We want to see some real, huge bodybuilders. The ones you don’t see in the gym everyday. Up the dosage and show us that you’re willing to die for us bitches.

pretty much that and you get almost total isolation, time under stress, and range of motion. compare it to the one arm db lying tri-ext exercise. try both see which one you think is better.

I wasn't saying you, I was just saying in general that most posts on the G&O aren't BB or even fitness related

This seems like the same exact movement and better to do because you’re lying down. ??? ???
